Nurse director position with a Personal CareHome Healthcare AgencyMust have an active RN licensePersonal Care Home Healthcare background at least one yearProfessional and Compassion is a must. Must be resourceful, independant, detail oriented and able to prioritize.Strong communication and listening skills are a plus. Some supervisory background preferredMust be familiar with DMAS and OASISPosition will require Supervision and evaluation of CNAsPCAs, Do admission intake and Initiate patient plan of care.
